Psychodynamic therapy creates a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the unconscious patterns, past experiences, and relational dynamics that shape how you feel and behave today. I work collaboratively with you to understand the roots of your difficulties — whether that is anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, or relationship challenges. Together, we look beneath the surface to find more meaningful ways to relate to yourself and others. Sessions are available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and basic Urdu, with fees of £60 per session.
