For over 15 years, I have worked across the mental health sector—including private clinics, schools, charities, and university counselling services. This broad experience, combined with my own private practice, has given me an extensive understanding of working with individuals from all walks of life. I draw on this diverse clinical background to provide a supportive, informed, and adaptable space for every client I meet. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS). My education includes an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling, an MA in Clinical Psychology, a BA in Psychology, and a Certificate in Psychodynamic Therapy and Counselling.
